Had work done 2/23/21. Dealt with Mike. Excellent servicing although thought charge was a little high. Clean, comfortable waiting room with all amenities including a computer! Definitely would recommend.
Stopped by to fix a stripped wheel lug hole after a referral from America's Tire shop. I didn't have an appointment and it was late in the afternoon. Yet they said they would take a look at my issue for me. After inspection they went ahead and fixed my lug hole on the spot. AND... after completion, they told me it was "free of charge" as it was a simple fix. Are you kidding me?! Regardless of how simple it might of been, you don't run across many businesses these days that are as kind and generous as this shop. THANK YOU to the team that assisted me that day. I will be back for service and I highly recommend anyone looking to service their car to Japanese Auto Center. Genuinely good peeps at JAC. Thanks again!
The people there are very professional, honest and friendly: especially Eve and Roger. They repaired my two cars in a timely manner and it is guaranteed.
We called Japanese Auto Center on 2/25/2020 and spoke with Kevin regarding our brakes on a BMW 535i GT. Kevin stated he would have to call back with a price regarding the cost to replace rotors, brake pads and sensors. Kevin got back to us that day and by mid afternoon I dropped of the car for repair. The repair center is very busy with cars of all makes and models being repaired or waiting to be repaired. When the car was left they provide a ride home with a dedicated driver for that purpose. Certainly unexpected but very much appreciated. Long story short we have had the car now for just over 2 weeks and our brakes work extremely well with the OEM parts used. We appreciate the fast and quality service provided by Japanese Auto Center and their friendly staff.
Kevin and the crew here at Japanese Auto Center took great care of my car! Wow! They are honest people doing really good work- I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you all for your terrific customer service and dedication to such fantastic work!
